What information do I need in order to book?

- number of passengers;

- accommodation name and address;

- mobile phone number;

- arrival and departure information (Flight number, Airline company name and arrival/departure time).

 

Do I need to tip the driver?

It is customary to give a tip if you feel the service has warranted this. However, it is entirely your decision.

 

What does the price include?

The price per person for a single ticket includes a one-way transfer for the booked route. A return transfer includes both arrival and departure transfers for the booked route.

Child seats (where available), excess luggage, sport equipment etc., may incur extra charge.

 

Do I need to confirm the pick-up transfer from the airport?

There is no need to reconfirm your transfer before you arrive. Only if you change your flight departure time, please notify us.

 

What do I do if I lose something on the transfer?

If you left luggage or anything else in a transfer vehicle on arrival, please call the number provided on your voucher.  

 

What are the next steps after my flight has landed?

Follow the instructions provided together with your voucher. You don't need to reconfirm your transfer. If you have any problems please call the telephone number on your voucher.

 

Do you send a confirmation mail after I booked transfer?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email, where you will find instructions about what to do on arrival. If you still did not receive an email with a confirmation of your booking, please check in the spam folder or contact us.

 

What happens if my journey details change prior to departure?

If there are any changes in your journey details please call us on +359 291133 or email us at info@transfers.bg with your new details and we will update your booking accordingly.

You will be responsible for any changes in the price if the new transfer involves different distance, time, vehicle type, number of passengers, resort etc.

 

What happens if my outbound flight is delayed or cancelled?

If your outbound flight is delayed or cancelled, please call us on the telephone number on your booking voucher or email us to info@transfers.bg with your new details.
In some destinations, night charge may be applicable.  

 

What if I change a hotel?

If you made a booking and change your hotel please contact us at info@transfers.bg to inform us.

 

I did not get a confirmation email

Please check the confirmation email in the spam folder or contact to us.

 

How safe is it to use my credit/debit card on your website?

We have a 3D secure payment system and operate our website with an SSL certificate to ensure safe encryption of your details.

 

Policy on inappropriate or drunken behavior

The supplier reserves the right to refuse the transportation service to any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or use abusive language.  

 

What is your smoking policy?

We operate a no smoking policy in all vehicles.

 

What is your complaint policy?

Our 'Terms and Conditions' that are available on our website, outline our complaints procedure.

Any complaint must be registered in writing and be received by Transfers.BG within 28 days of your return journey.

Complaints received after this time period will not be accepted.

Complaints arising from failure to follow our Terms and Conditions, such as not traveling with your booking voucher, failing to confirm transfer by phone and providing incorrect information, will not be considered.  

 

Can I have the same driver on both my outbound and inbound journeys?

We cannot guarantee this, but you could contact us and we will check if it is possible.

 

Can you do hotel to hotel transfers?

Yes. Please contact us to inform us of which hotels you wish to transfer to and from.

Can you get a shuttle service to a resort that isn't listed on the website?

We are happy to book a private transfer to the destination of your choice.  

Can you do tours and large itinerary bookings?

Yes. Please contact us with your itinerary and we will be happy to organize this for you.

How do I make a booking?

Use our Quick Quote form which you will find on our Home Page; this will provide you with an immediate price. If you would like to make a reservation please complete the booking form which appears on screen with the price.

 

Why do I need to complete the booking details form?

Complete this form if you want to make a booking. This will ensure we have all the relevant information to make your booking run smoothly.

 

How far in advance should I book my transfers?

We operate on a 1st come 1st served basis, so you can make a booking with us as soon as you have your other travel plans.  

 

How will I know my transfer is booked?

Once your request has been received, we email a booking reference number and payment link to you within 24 hours, receipt for payment along with this reference will be your booking confirmation. No booking is confirmed with Resort Rides until payment has been made in full.

Please keep an eye on your "spam" folder in case your email account filters out any messages from new contacts.

 

I haven't received a response to my booking enquiry?

We respond to all booking enquiries received within 24 hours. Please check your spam to ensure that our response hasn't been filtered out by your email account settings. By adding our email address "info@transfers.bg" to your contacts this will also reduce the risk of our correspondence going into your spam folder.

 

Will anyone else be sharing my transfer?

No, we only provide private transfers. The vehicle is used solely by your party during your transfer.

 

Can I book a shared transfer?

No, we only offer a private transfer service.

 

How can I pay for my transfer?

You can make a payment at the time of booking by the website. 

You can pay by VISA Debit/Credit, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, by bank transfer.

 

How can I change my transfer booking?

If you need to make a cancellation please contact us.

 

How much you will charge for transfer cancellation?

Cancellations must be actioned online and will be subject to cancellation fees as follows: 

Bookings canceled 60 days prior to arrival date: 10% cancellation fee 
Bookings canceled 60-15 days prior to arrival date: 25% cancellation fee 
Bookings canceled inside 14 days prior to arrival date: 100% cancellation fee 

Please note that in the case of NO SHOW the booking is non-refundable

Cancellation credit cannot be moved between bookings. 

Should you cancel the return portion of your transfer service whilst in resort you will not be entitled to any refund of the unused portion of the service.

 

How much luggage can I take with me in the transfers?

The luggage allowance per person is one small suitcase (not exceed 70cm x 40cm x 20cm) and one hand luggage. 

If you bring large suitcases or excess luggage that cannot fit inside the booked vehicle, you may be asked to pay for a second vehicle on arrival.

 

How long I must wait for transfer?

In our website the time of transfer is based on information provided by the supplier. These times may vary according to volumes of traffic, local road conditions, local festivities etc. Please note:

The journey times which involved multiple pick-ups and/or drop-offs will usually be longer.

The driver may stop for a comfort break on longer journeys.

 

Do I need to print my confirmation paper?

Yes, you must show it to the driver or our representative before you can board your transfer vehicle. We recommend you take two copies some transport operators have to collect a copy of your booking confirmation.

 

 

How can I book baby seat?

To book a baby/child seat please contact us after you have made the booking and we’ll confirm, if this is possible. Some supplier can provide them in some destinations. 

Please note some destinations have a legal requirement for the infant/child to be secured with in a baby seat/booster seat. Should the supplier not be able to provide a baby seat you will need to supply your own.

 

My transfer has not arrived! What do I do?

Please wait about 20 minutes after the agreed pick up time.
If the transfer will not arrived contact the telephone number on your vaucher. 

If the booked vehicle cannot arrive, think about alternative transportation to get to the airport in time to check in for your flight. 

Please note we cannot accept any liability for costs incurred in case you miss your flight. But you may collect all receipts and send them to us for consideration of refund. 

 

What does the price include?

All the amenities listed under the room type are included in the room price. To see the amenities, just click on the room name. You can see if breakfast or anything else, such as taxes, are included by rolling your cursor over the text in the column called ‘Conditions’.

Can I make a reservation without a credit card?

You'll need a valid credit card to guarantee your reservation with most hotels. However, we are offering an increasing number of hotels that will guarantee your booking without a credit card. You also have the option to book a hotel using someone else’s credit card, provided you have their permission. In this case, when making your reservation please note the cardholder’s name and confirm that you have permission to use their card in the "Special Requests" box.

How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

As soon as you've completed the booking process, a confirmation page will appear. This page shows all of your reservation details, including the booking number and your PIN code, so you can access your confirmation online at My Booking.com. We'll also send you a confirmation email with all of your booking information.
